The Capital Investor Plus (CIP) is a savings account that offers both individuals and companies the flexibility to withdraw and deposit funds. This account has a very attractive twist – funds can be used to secure a loan under the Capital Loan Plan (CLP) at just 5% above the rate of interest you receive. (Adjusted for BOJ reserve)
